Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your shoes. If something is not right, we will make it right.

• 7-day exchange window: request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
• Exchange only, no refunds.
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original box, with a genuine reason such as a size issue or a defect.
• If the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged item), we will exchange it at no cost to you.
• If the exchange is not due to our error, shipping charges are deducted.
• When you contact us, please share your order ID, tracking number or phone number, and the reason for the exchange.
